ABOUT NIKHOL

Some things are
better said out loud.

I’m a speaker, facilitator, well-being advocate, and author. I’ve spent more than two decades bringing people together around conversations that matter.

My breast cancer experience became Book of Boobs. The conversation grew from there: life after treatment, menopause, changing identities, caregiving, and what comes next.

I bring lived experience, a background in improv, and a willingness to say the quiet part out loud. I don’t pretend to have all the answers. I do make room for the truth, and a little laughter.

SPEAKING & FACILITATION

Let’s get into it.

Thoughtful conversation, room to laugh, and a program shaped around your audience.

01

Breast cancer.
And life after.

Diagnosis, treatment, body changes, and the parts of survivorship that don’t fit neatly on a ribbon.

02

Midlife has
a few notes.

Menopause, aging, changing identities, and reinvention. A conversation about what’s happening and what we want next.

03

Who’s caring
for the caregiver?

Caregiving, grief, and resilience. Making room for your own well-being while showing up for someone else.

04

We can laugh.
And tell the truth.

Finding humor during difficult seasons and building connection through the conversations we usually avoid.

05

Well-being strategies
for real life.

Practical ways to pause, set boundaries, and care for yourself when life and work won’t slow down.

06

Navigating leadership
as your whole self.

How identity, values, and lived experience shape the way we lead. Making decisions, setting boundaries, and staying connected to who you are.

Choose the conversation.

Keynotes, breakout sessions, workshops, facilitated conversations, fireside chats, panels, and author events.

Bring your people.

Women’s and healthcare organizations, workplace wellness programs, labor and nonprofit groups, leadership retreats, colleges, libraries, and book clubs.

WHERE THE CONVERSATION STARTED

Book of Boobs

A Visual Journey Through Breast Cancer

A photo journey through diagnosis, treatment, and vanity. The fear, the absurdity, and the moments of laughter, told in my own words.

I wanted other people to have what I didn’t: visuals and an honest perspective.
